Hake Bake

  • Ingredients:

    1 can (410 g) Rhodes Mediterranean Style Ratatouille with tomato, aubergine and courgette

    3 tbsp. parsley or basil, chopped
    65 ml Parmesan cheese, grated
    200 ml fresh, soft breadcrumbs

    Salt and pepper, to taste
    4 hake fillets

  • Method:

    1. Mix the breadcrumbs, herbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
    2. Place the Rhodes Mediterranean Style Ratatouille in the bottom of a casserole, then top with the hake fillets.
    3. Cover the hake with the crumb mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
    4. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
