These No-Bake Peanut Butter & Chocolate Oat Cookies are the ultimate treat for the whole family.


2 cups (500ml) rolled oats, lightly toasted
4 medjool dates, finely chopped
1 cup (250ml) shredded coconut, lightly toasted
2 tbsp. (30ml) cocoa powder
1 packet (100g) raw nuts, finely chopped
½ cup (12ml) peanut butter
3 tbsp. (45ml) coconut sugar
2 tbsp. (30ml) coconut oil
Dash of oat milk (can substitute with soy or almond milk)
100g dark chocolate, melted


  1. Place all ingredients, except the melted chocolate, into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll into rounds the size of golf balls and flatten slightly.
  3. Drizzle over some melted chocolate and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
